Right of withdrawal

Information for the consumer in accordance with the legislative decree n. 185 22 May 1999 (n. 143 officially deposited 21 June) and consistent with the directive n. 91/1/CE related to the protection of consumers in connection with remote contracts.

The supplier of services or products is Fa.Pi.R. S.r.l. via Borsieri, 2 – 20841 Carate Brianza (MB) – Italia
In compliance with article 5 of the Legislative decree n.185 of 1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from a contract/order agreed on internet without any penalty and without the need for an explanation, once all is in accordance with the following conditions:

The right to withdraw will not be applicable for the following reasons:

• lack of integrity of the product (packaging and/or content)
• partial usage of the product and of any accessories supplied
• where original external and/or internal packaging is missing
• lack of accessories supplied with the product (additional fittings, cables, user manual, spare parts...)
• damages to the product not due to transport

In the cases listed above, Fa.Pi.R. S.r.l. will return the product to the sender.
The right to withdraw is not applicable for customers that purchase with a VAT number and for those who purchase customized products.

In order to avail of the right to withdraw, within a time frame of 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the ordered product, the customer should send a letter to the address hereunder by registered mail with advice of receipt. The notice can be sent within the same time frame also by telegram, telex or fax, on the condition that the initial notice is followed by a letter sent by registered mail with advice of receipt within 48 hours.

The notice should contain the following:

1. the request to avail of the legislative decree n. 185 of 22 May 1999
2. indication of the product/products for which the customer requires to avail of the right to withdraw
3. information and details of the customer’s bank account (this will allow the amount due to be deposited).

To obtain the refund, the customer should ship back the product, at his own expense, to the following address:

The shipment of the returned item should come about within 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the goods and can be shipped with any forwarding agent/courier the customer prefers.

How the relative amount due will be refunded: Fa.Pi.R. S.r.l will release the payment of the amount to be refunded by bank transfer (or by another form of payment) as quickly as possible and within 30 days from the receipt of the notice.

The refund applies to the price of the product/products returned.

It is to be understood that the cost of shipment back to Fa.Pi.R. S.r.l. is strictly at the expense of the customer.
