How to purchase on the webiste

All prices show on the website included 22% VAT.

It is possible to purchase the products with reduced VAT or specific tax relief. In this case it is necessary during purchase to specify which is the applicable option and attend an email from FIRELAND.

All customers that are entitled to avail of the concessions listed in the Special rates section will enjoy an extra discount. The offer is not applicable to the products in the OFFERS OF THE MONTH section.

In order to avail of the special price applied to the products in the OFFERS OF THE MONTH section, the product must be purchased by the last available date of the relevant month.

The payment of the goods must be done by:

Bank transfer. On receipt of the payment FIRELAND will ship the purchased goods.

If required, it is possible to purchase through funding or directly by bank draft (cashier’s check) to the courier on delivery. This payment condition by check foresees a deposit of one-third of the amount and the remaining balance of two-thirds to the courier (an extra cost of 2% will be added to the balance for commission purposes).

Shipment is fully guaranteed by express courier with insurance coverage and goods are delivered under responsibility of the supplier. All trucks have tail lifts to facilitate delivery.
